Collections are groups of lexichroma artworks that all have a common theme.
Collection Curators are the people who create and manage collections. As a curator, you:
Collection Curators can also simultaneously be Proposal Leaders for artworks they'd like to include in their own collection.
When Artchemy artworks are freshly minted on the blockchain, 1% of the artwork's token supply is awarded to a single Collection Curator. This is the Curator's Allocation.
The Proposal Leader chooses which collection/curator gets this 1% allocation, whichever best fits their artwork. This allocation must always be given. If no eligible collection exists, the allocation will be frozen and saved for later.
You must have 88 tokens in your address balance for every collection you create. You must also maintain this balance in order to receive Curator Allocations.
Similar to artworks, collections represent ideas, and other collections can be counters of other collections. A counter is a rebuttal of your idea with a different idea, thus unfolding a debate. For example, a collection might highlight all the blessings of the modern era, and another collection can counter it with all the challenges of this era.
If you abandon your collection, Artchemy may manage it in your absence, until you come back.
Send us an email at contact@fragatta.com, or post to us on X/Twitter @Artchemy_com. We’d love to hear from you and listen to your suggestions on how to make Artchemy better.
