Make content that is constructive.
You cannot create content that:
Violates the Law
Your content must adhere to the laws of your country.
Violates Copyrights
Your content must respect the copyrights of others. You may acquire a license and use copyrights with permission.
Violates Privacy
You cannot create content that violates the privacy of others, for example, unauthorized private nudity.
Promotes Murder
You cannot promote murder or genocide.
Promotes Theft
You cannot promote theft, stealing, looting, robbing, confiscating, etc.
Promotes Self-Harm
You cannot promote self-harm in any way, including but not limited to drugs, suicide or mutilation.
Promotes Terrorism
You cannot promote terrorism in any way.
Promotes Destruction
You cannot promote the destruction of private property or the removal of cultural artifacts.
Pedophilia or Rape
You cannot promote pedophilia or rape.
Is Spam
You cannot create content that is spam or self-promoting in a way that does not contribute to culture.
Is Plagiarism
You cannot steal the creativity of other artists without creating enough originality of your own.
Is Obscene
You cannot have obscenity in your art, as illustrated by the Supreme Court case Miller v. California (1973).
Is Fraudulent or Deceptive
You cannot publish things that are demonstrably deceitful, fraudulent or deceptive.
Discloses Classified Information
You cannot insert into your content information that is classified.
Is Excessively Harsh, Violent or Cruel
Your content cannot be excessively harsh, violent, or cruel, in a way that is not healthy or constructive.
Infringes Trade Secrets
You cannot infringe on trade secrets with your content.
Makes People Enemies
You cannot create content that will divide people, nations or communities and make them enemies.
Attacks Living Entities
You cannot use our platform to attack individuals, groups of people, institutions, or nations. Instead, be constructive by addressing the core issues.
Defamates Living Entities
Artworks that damage the reputation of individuals, groups of people, institutions, etc., are not allowed, as this leads us into fighting unproductively. Instead, we want to focus where we have real power to make real change.
Punishes or Denounces Others
This is not a platform to punish or denounce others for their misdeeds or bring them to justice. We are a friendly platform that seeks peace, healing and conciliation.
